My cousin has been going to Hendrik's apartment for 20 years to get her hair done.Why in a city with so many hair salons one does this,I don't know,but was curious to see.He did wash my hair in the kitchen sink,but in a proper salon chair and the cutting room was set up as a salon also.He was an engaging gay guy from Belgium and gave me anwas an excellent cut,though I am undecided about the styling.LOVED the objects in the restroom.Also learned that the reason Le Pain Quotidien is so inflexible about things like not toasting their bread is that it is a Belgium company.I had always thought it was French.
